When you contact Kage

The contact form collects your name, email, company if provided, inquiry topic, and message. Kage uses this information to respond, understand potential work, and keep a record of the conversation.

How the website works

This website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers. They may process technical information such as IP addresses, request logs, and browser information to deliver and protect the service. Kage has not added advertising trackers or marketing analytics to this site.

Inquiry delivery

FormSubmit processes form submissions to deliver them to Kage’s email inbox. Its documentation states that it retains submission archives for 30 days. Messages delivered to Kage’s mailbox may be retained while an inquiry or resulting business relationship remains relevant. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy for its handling of information.

Your choices

You can ask Kage to correct or delete inquiry information, or ask questions about its use, through the contact page. Include enough context to identify your earlier inquiry. Kage may need to retain records where required for an ongoing engagement or applicable obligations.

Keep sensitive information out of the form

Please do not submit passwords, payment information, medical information, or confidential customer records. If a project requires sensitive information, the appropriate access and handling arrangements should be agreed separately.

Changes

This notice may be updated as the website or its services change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
